Had a good week.
Eat well with few slip ups. However I have strained the tendon in my foot walking on the tredmil at too high an incline too fast.. but now that it is strapped up the pain is under control and I've been able to get back on.
Christmas Party for work last night and I had only a small amount of seafood, chicken and then salads, and for dessert had a 1/2 serve of blueberry cheescake and some fruit salad.
Hopeing to ramp it up a bit this coming week and try and lose about 1.25 to 1.5 kg each week.. 19 weeks to Fiji!!!
