Grateful that the weight continues to drop, and even more grateful that my cravings have dropped away to normal levels. For my health and happiness, carbs are the devil.

yes my wonderful hubby tells nicely, when I do eat something I shouldn't. "Carol, remember sugar is not your friend, just reminding you what you will feel like in the morning." God love em.
