Yesterday I looked through the paper journal that I keep on this diet thing and realized that it has been 2 months since I was last at 180, and 23 days since I was over 175.
So I seem to be in a natural weight range of betwwwn 170-174 and change.
Absolute disaster!My exercycle just bit the dust. The chain mechanism has finally froze up. I probably will have to buy another after the holidays, in the meantime, I expect a weight gain as the aerobic exercise component will be missing from my daily routine.
Anyway this is where the machine stopped- 40:26 minutes,going 6.5 miles and burning 274.4 calories.
This was my brunch today: pork, 4 fried eggs with frijoles and a corn tortilla. I did not finish the beans.
Is it RIP?
Dinner tonight will most likely be drivethru fastfood.
