OK. Snacks when I'm upset need to stop. I'm not waiting for new years. Today is my resolution. Time to get serious.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1859 kcal Fat: 56.01g | Prot: 63.68g | Carb: 179.92g.   Breakfast: Coffee. Lunch: Tim Hortons French Vanilla Cappuccino (Medium), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Extra Lean Ground Turkey with Rosemary Extract, Brown Rice. Dinner: No Name Navy Beans - Canned, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice, Walmart Extra Lean Ground Beef. Snacks/Other: M&M Meat Shops Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers, Starbucks Petite Vanilla Bean Scone, Rickard's Red Beer. more...

I had to drink only black coffee, veg's, protein and fruit to get my weight to shift.
