I am very happy with my loss this week. It is a nice comeback from the half a pound that I gained after Thanksgiving. I am feeling very blessed by God today and I know that my success is driven through Him and not through my own efforts!
260.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
