Heh. I was 202 yesterday, but had a crazy crazy dinner last night. HUGE steak, potatoes, ice cream and cake. I'm okay with the "weight gain" as I know its just a fluctuation and I'll be fine.

I've been working out a little more regularly, though not with any sort of "schedule." I worked my abs pretty hardcore the other day, still feeling it. I did about 50 minutes of cardio, and today did legs/butt. I'm not feeling real well after that epic meal last night so I'm not sure I'll get much cardio in today, but hey.

I was told yesterday that I'm hot, and that the guy I've been seeing feels lucky to be around me. He loves being able to say that we're going grocery shopping and holding hands, he likes people to know he's with me. I feel so, so good about myself and ultimately that has been my goal.

It's great to be me :)
207.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
