Gastro Patient's Journal, 03 December 2015

I think this reading is a fluke. I have probably lost a pound or two since I started, but not seven pounds. The scale behaved oddly this morning. Will re-weigh later, perhaps tomorrow.

We went to a bar yesterday. I could find almost nothing on the menu that was acceptable food--everything on it was either raw veg or fat...I looked at the BLT and thought, well, that would work and then realized I'm done wiht BLT's for good. Same with so many other things. Bartender told me that he could do the jerked chicken on a stick for me without the jerk so I said "just that" and Steve ordered same with jerk and french fries. So a massive mound of french fries appeared on both orders anyway. I ate some. Was uncomfortable well past 10 p.m. after that.

Nancy is beginning to ask how to feed me during the trip to Florida. I have told her I'll feed myself, but we'll of course have lots of tussles about food.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
