No weight loss today even though followed correctly.
1 week weight loss 2 1/2 pounds - lost 1st 3 days
Lost 7 inches this week - that is what counts
Keep up for at least 1 more week and go from there.
Will read if I need to increase calories to lose more wt.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
