Ha- ha, it was Thanksgiving, but I saved my real feasting for the two days afterwards, because i could allow that. Now we go into the Advent season and I will eat appropriately for 24 days.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
