I almost had caved in last night I made my chili con carne and homemade beans and I had a rough evening and since I know I am an emotional eater I almost attacked dinner but instead I served my kids and went to a room in the house where I cried and waited till my emotions were right then I went back cleaned the kitchen and had a salad and a cup of hot green tea! I had to remind myself at that point last night that I am an emotional eater and get out of the kitchen it really helped me even though it sounds kind of corny. I also had a big cup of water and my fruit smoothie made with fresh strawberries and raspberries and fresh juice from a grapefruit. I felt alot better and did not go to bed with a full stomach.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
