Um. Not sure what caused this. Not sure I like it either. That's 5 pounds in one week and I wasn't trying to lose - just maintain. Let's see what next week brings. Happy Sunday everyone!

Looking at what your calorie range was for the last-it was not super high and with exercise I do think it's possible why you loss. But I will give you a smiley face for maintenance :), But I hear what you are saying- if you continue to lose weight you do not want you MN aye have to adjust your calories up- maintenance calculations can be tricky- Not that I am Ian expert by any means;)

Auto correct errors- last week sentence one,sentence 4 may want/ sentence 5 I am any/uggggh I hate auto correct

I agree - I'll see what the next week brings and look at increasing my calories up. Last week has been stressful - way too much work, not enough time to do it, and getting ready for a court appearance on Wednesday. And auto-correct is the bain of my existence on my tablet. :-)

Wow. Talk about redundant - increasing up. What else would increasing mean? Hope my brain is more functional in court!
