Well I've put on weight BUT I've been hitting the gym a lot and my size 10 clothes are still fitting so I think it's just muscle!
That's not a cop out either I'm being serious :-P
136.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
