Finally the scale moved down. Even after thanksgiving. Made vegetable soup and tried to fill up on that as much as possible and carried apples to snack on. Plus the 5+ miles of mall shopping a day. Made my 188 goal will try for 186 December. So much $ spent on my kids clothes and snowboarding gear.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
