Yep! I indulged yesterday. Spiked egg nog, stuffing, gravy, pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls, pumpkin pie, sweet potatoes. I am not surprised and I'm not sorry. But that treat is over! So back to the healthy food and water. Lots of exercise and being thankful that I was blessed enough to Indulge and smart enough to stop.
