Here I am with a week to go before transition and my official start of getting back on food! I can't wait but really it's no big deal as I have had some some food during this adventure. I have just 2 lbs to go to and can easily do that this week since I have no events coming up that present a food challenge. Unlike this weekend when we went wine tasting. Okay so I had a couple of shakes in the morning and even did a workout but did have copiuos amounts of wine and very little food as we were driving around and I just wanted some regular food. Nothing like a full meal so I am making better choices to get ready for the switch back to food.
