Day 20 of 2nd 6 wks, 141.4, tbw 42.2%, visc f 8/0, 38.8%, musc mass 82.2/2, bone mass 4.4, 1979/50, upper weights and 65 min elipticle Level 5,keto trace.

Breakfast Atkins Choc Chip Granola Bar, coffee w half and half, lunch ceasar salad w steak and iced tea, dinner, pork, sausage, tomato sauce, green beans, sugar free jello w whipped cream, coffee w half and half and whipped cream.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

141LBS! I don't believe I will ever see those numbers again, nor do I really want to see them. I think I am too tall for that weight range. How is the Choc Chip Granola Bar? How many carbs and calories? I need to do something a little different for breakfast. Have a Great Day!

Ahh, the trials of being short. If I were your height, I'd be below goal! Atkins Choc Chip Granola bar is great as far as I'm concerned. It tastes great with coffee-the choc tastes real-not sure if it is. I have tried all the other Atkins bars and can't even get past the first bite on any of them but this one. I have only found it it one store--I order it on line. It has 3 net carbs and 220 calories so it is a perfect breakfast. It has 17 grams protein! I haven't figured out the 'net carbs' yet. I thought it was carbs minus fiber carbs but that doesn't compute for this, or some others I have seen. Regardless, they do work well so the 3 gram count is probably accurate.
