Gained a little over two pounds since my last weigh in. I'm not surprised. I own it. Now to move on and get serious especially this week.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1439 kcal Fat: 65.26g | Prot: 65.23g | Carb: 146.03g.   Breakfast: Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Baked or Broiled Salmon, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: Meijer Canned Peas & Carrots, Boiled Potato (without Peel), Blue Seal Kielbasa, Home Pride Butter Top Wheat Bread, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz). Snacks/Other: Edwards Chocolate Creme Pie made with Hershey's Ready to Serve, 1% Fat Milk, AriZona Beverage Diet Green Tea with Ginseng. more...
