Instead of snacking on things every day I have cut down and really started back up on my diet. My boyfriend Taylor is working on a diet and has also been cutting back.

Last night I dreamt that I ate a large quantity of sweets (cupcakes, candy, etc) and was worried about it. Then I woke up and realized it wasn't real and felt good again. Feeling guilty made me realize I am on the right track again.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
