Again, no weight loss. Too many days of going outside of my calorie count range plus lots of strength training with roller derby. I think I'm gaining muscle which is off-setting the value on the scale. In a couple more weeks, I'll measure myself again and see if they've reduced regardless of what the scale says.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
