Ran monday wednesday and friday, stuck to the diet on all days except saturday :-(. but worked hard for the rest of the week to make up for all the indulgences I had.
Now running 2 miles in just under 22 mins. Hopefully that will speed up as the weight comes off.
Need to up the ante a lil by going to the gym on my non running days
