Again, this is the season for eating. We had a holiday luncheon yesterday and another one to come. In addition, Thanksgiving is next week. I do not like the extra pounds, but I am not willing to forgo the wonderful treats that come with the season. However, I hope to stay healthy and alive for my annual cleansing.
