Well I finally got tired of having no results. I started The Rotation Diet on Monday. I weighed 181.4 on Monday morning. This morning, Friday, I am 177.6. It is a really srtict diet, but very easy to follow. The good news is it is only 3 weeks, then take a month off. you learn a great deal about portions and how way too much I was eating even on south beach. The book says you can loose 15 pounds in the three weeks and once your done don't go back to the bad foods you can keep it off. The author lost 75 and kept it off for 20 years.
