Progress :D Even though I mademy lunch out of not the greatest thing QQ. I was working and busy...that's my excuse lol. Anyway, without the pressure of eating all my food I have in my fridge before Thanksgiving break, I've felt less stress :)

well eat lots of turkey. have cauliflower instead of potatoes. real pumpkin pie made without sugar, use stevia instead. to make the crust I use almond or pecan meal. I just made myself hungry so can't wait til that day gets here.

Gourd--pumpkin pie-- sorry that is 1 that I have to use the splenda granulated sugar substitute in for the the almond crust. 1 cup. for the pumpkin I use sugar free maple syrup and lots of butter, and the pumpkin spice and cinnamon. I know splenda is a NONO but this is just a once a year pie, and it is still better than REAL sugar.
of course you could use stevia, you would just have to experiment with it.
