Started light cardio after work, and cardio and light workout before work. Trying to a total of 8 to 10 hrs of sleep during the day. Tomorrow will grab supplements and protein to get strict with meal timing and protein comsumption.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
