Day 18 of 2nd 6wks, 141, bf 37.7%, TBW 42.9%, visc fat 8/0, bone mass 4.4lb, 1998/50, keto tr., eliptical 45 min level 5.

breakfast omlette (whole), coffee w half and half, lunch salad w tuna, diet coke, dinner almonds, chocolate covered vanilla ice cream low carb bar.

Not eating enough at dinner fut getting home so late-tired-grab something. Will shop this weekend-will eat out more this weekend.

Interesting that I am testing trace ketones lately but still losing weight. I bought some clothes so I have something to wear at this weight--I have 'retired' many of my outfits but don't want to wait until my goal weight in case I don't stay that low and outgrow my new clothes--always a dillema for me.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know what you mean, I got rid of most of my fat clothes when I lost weight the first time I did Atkins. I think I kept two pair of my size 17/18 jeans and gave all my inexspensive clothes to my sister. The other clothes were altered to fit me perfectly. Well, I gained the weight back and had noting to wear. I got so depressed because I had nothing to wear and I had to go out and purchase more clothing, but I didn't purchase a lot and I didn't spend a lot of money on it, especially if I felt that it was going to be a problem to have altered. But most of the clothes that I have purchased, I can alter them myself to fit my body if I need to and I will need to!!! Good Luck and have fun shopping for a smaller you!
