Bidah's Journal, 20 September 2011

I sort of fell off the chart there for a bit. I was eating more carbs but still watching what I eat. Now it is time to get back into it and drop another 10 pounds.. :)
211.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
