I have not weighed in for a while. A half-board long weekend in Camber Sands had a "pile it high" fried breakfast. This, plus an evening or two of beer/wine combinations meant that I was away for a weigh day, and too scared/guilty to weigh on the next... or the next... but now I am back on the scales... and getting oh so close to target.
