I'm back on track. I didn't mean to take October off, but that is kind of what happened. Luckily I didn't really gain, but I didn't lose either. Back at it and doing my checklist diet again. Also, trying to make it a 1200 calorie diet. Been good since Friday. Planning to be good until after the holidays. The goal is to lose weight during the holidays instead of gaining!!

Plus new low!! Woot woot!
165.9 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
