Up another .4. At least it's not more than that. I was so up and down all week that I don't really mind it at the moment. I need to make an appointment with my doctor for the next week or so, since my leg has really been bothering me the last couple of days. Sore and painful. I am very proud of what I have been doing, even if it doesn't show on the scale yet. Just monitoring things, it helps. It helps a lot. Slowly it will come down. Just not as fast as it was put on probably...ha ha...I'm kind of a rare case.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great. Keep it up. Hopefully you can get that leg taken care of so you can get back to feeling good and "normal" again. I know how that kind of a pain can take over all aspects of your life. So it's really good you are kind of fighting through the pain rather than using it as an excuse to be a slug. That's what I finally had to decide about my tendonitis in my achilles. It isn't going away so i better just suck it up and work through it. Keep going and we'll both get this off together.
