This is officially week 6 of the KETO diet. Also been doing intermittent fasting 2-3 days a week. Energy commodities are on the slow side, not explosive, but sustainable for long periods of time. Body fat is still hanging on for dear life in the lower abdomen, a lower back, but starting to fade in the serratus areas as well as around the chest. WOW this is HARD work.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 46.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
