Thanks for the invite! I will take all the support I can get. I also go to the bulletin boards on the Low Carb Friends website. They have a group just for JUDDD. I am on my first DD today. I have a rotten cold so I probably won't have much of an appetite anyway. Sorry to hear about your son. I can see how that would be stressful. Later

That is awesome! It always feels good when the scale goes down. I went home from work early yesterday and crashed for about 3 1/2 hours! Thankfully my husband fed the kids and got them showered. I am feeling much better today. Tomorrow will be another down day. I am going on my son's field trip so I will have to pack a lunch anyway. I find skipping breakfast on my down days helps me hold on to my calories until the later half of the day when I am the hungriest. I also drink hot tea when I am hungry. I did 2 rounds of the HCG diet last year. 500 cals a day for 23 days at a time. So I have a few tricks up my sleeve :) Have a great day!!

The field trip was a bit chilly. But he was so glad I was there. He is in first grade so you know how important that stuff is to them. Saturday a friend and I drove to Wisconsin to the apple orchards. It was a blast. Luckily for me an Up day. We had broasted chicken for lunch and it was terrible! So that definitely kept me from overeating. I seem to be doing reasonably well, down 5 lbs so far. How fun to watch your kids in sports. Mine are not sporty kids yet. My daughter is in dance and likes to sing at church. My son hasn't really found anything he would like to do. We tried wrestling last year but when we went to a tournament he cried every match. My husband was a wrestler in high school. I thought he would be more upset that our son didn't like wrestling but he said it was early yet. He might change his mind when he gets older. We don't force them to do anything they don't like. Reno! How fun! I am sure if we keep this up we will begin to notice a difference by November. I just want to look better in the clothes I already have. Take Care!

Hope you had a great weekend ours was great went down to san francisco and just did some site seeing and relaxed, just a little get away for all of us, did not do well on my diet but back on track, i quess i will stick with juddd easier i quess to remember just to have 500 calories on every other day than remembering to shift calories, maybe if i was not so busy it would be ok but i am all the time. Well stay focused and take care

We had a great weekend. The weather here is beautiful! It is always nice to get away. Sunday was supposed to be my mid-calorie day but I just couldn't stay away from the darn sweets! This week I had M-W-F Down days and Tues, Sat & Sun for Up days I am going to have my mid day be on Thursday. I have a hard time keeping track of calories on the weekends. Do you track everything you eat? Today was a down day. I feel pretty tired. Couldn't hardly wait for supper. I also have Pilates class on Down days. I don't know if that makes me hungrier or what. Hope you have a great week!!!

sorry haven't responded been real busy anyway hope all is well and you are doing great on your diet as for me pretty good and yes i try and count most of my calories it helps me stay focused when i see the numbers but whatever works right. have a great weekend and stay focused stay away from those darn sweets.

The last couple of weeks haven't been the best for me diet wise. I am such a social eater!!! But I am getting back on that horse. Tried to do a down day today but my son begged me to come to school for lunch. I am guessing 750 cals. I had a very light supper. Having my whole family out for supper tomorrow night. I am going to try and not hardly eat all day. So I don't feel so bad when I eat when my family is here. I was doing so well!! I had lost 8 lbs. Why do I sabotage myself like that. It is like I am afraid to lose weight. It was depressing going to have my physical and getting on that scale at the docs office. She says the only way to lose weight is to only eat 1200 cals per day. I told her what I was doing and she said she thought it would work. Now if I can just get myself to track the dang calories!!! Sorry for the vent, pretty frustrated with myself this week. And on top of that my noon pilates class may be cancelled if 2 more people don't join. I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise. I don't know what I will do. Maybe go back to Curves. Soryy to hear it was not going so well but hang in there you know what you want so just go for it and don't stress when you do mess up just keep going i have faith that you will succeed. I wish i had the motivation to get exercising just haven't done it say i am but don't, my eating is going ok been losing 1 or 2 lbs just slower than i like but its something. I been really busy doing lots of overtime at work and still trying balance all the time for the family pretty hard so i am pretty tired, been thinking of curves also but we'll see. Well have a great weekend and stay focused and hopefully i will hear from you soon. Take care

sorry i haven't been on hope you have been keeping on track, i haven't been much of dieting lately my son had an episode at school while in wrestling practice the one i told you had heart surgery and he was put in the hospital hopefully i can get back on track soon. Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday

well girlie hope you have been doing well and dropping those pounds. hope you and the family all had a wonderful holiday, ours was great everyone doing great and i have been dropping those pounds slow but steady this past month even with the holidays. i haven't heard from you in awhile hope everything is fine i know things get crazy but i hope to hear from you soon if not hope all goes well with you and your weight loss and family, have a great new year
