Back to keeping track this week. Have stayed in 1200-1400 calorie with water exercises most M-W-F and home exercises t-th-sa. When weather permits add 15-30 minutes of bicycle riding around the neighborhood. Added 1 serving of the "good" fats per nutritionist - weight has slightly increased/decreased but not dropping below 290 since March. Have kept fairly well to my diet plan. No fried foods, no fast foods, don't eat out very often, lots of salads with 1tlb or less of dressing, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Chicken has been main 'meat' with occasional 93/7 ground beef. Unsweetened ice herbal ice tea or ice water is beverage. 1 serving of 1% milk or 2% cottage cheese every couple days.
