My boyfriend Taylor and I are starting our own "Survivor diet". With the newest season of Survivor starting, we decided to both look and feel healthier.
We are going to limit our snacking again, cut out excess soda (eventually altogether), and exercise. I started this last year and did well but fgell apart after Disney World. After seeing a good friend lose 50lbs, I was once again motivated.
When I have met and maintained my goal or he has at least met his halfway point (he has more to go than I do), we will reward each other with gifts that we have been wanting. I want season hockey tickets and he wants to go on a trip.
