See, when I don't eat carbs like crazy, the weight just falls off.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled. Coffee: splenda and half & half

snack: string cheese

Lunch: Salad, sugar free red bull

snack: 30 pistachios

Dinner: Grilled rosemary chicken w/ roasted vegetables.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
