YES! Not only was I hit with unexpected chunk of weight loss (i had a pretty high calorie cheat weekend. Guess gym last night took care of it and perhaps it even boosted my metabolism).. But I went to the doctor Friday for blood work (and a pulled trap muscle ouch) and today they called to tell me my bad cholesterol has gotten much better. By about 31 points. Now it's only a few away from the best range. Awesome day so far. Zumba later.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
