I had surgery on September 1st. I'm now 175 and want to get rid of the fat everywhere else on my body. I have to wait until 6-8 weeks to resume normal activities but while waiting I can walk and eat a lot less and a lot more healthy. I'm excited about my new body it makes me want to take care of it even more. This marks a new chapter in my life and I'm so excited!
