I haven't gained any weight and I haven't lost any weight this week. I believe the reason is that I may need to change up the frequency of my meal times, as well as the amount of food I eat.
This morning after I weighed myself I decided I would cut my breakfast portion in half, and eat something every 3-4 hours. Let's see how that goes.
Bigger than that is the fact that I need to EXERCISE!! As a woman I must work twice as hard to burn the fat I'm carrying around.
I will begin doing so today at 5pm.
