Haven't actually been tracking my calories, this last week I had no way to log them or know the nutritional value of any of it. However the good news is I haven't gained any weight. Even lost the tiniest bit. I have a new gym membership which should help too.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
