I have been pretty disciplined with not giving in to the cookies and fast food cravings!! proud of myself its paying off! I finally seem to be losing steadily.. went out and had a couple drinks last night though so Im going to have to make up for that today in the gym! But I've already accepted that I am 22 and love to go out so drinking is just something Im going to have to find a way to add into my calorie intake. lol In a great mood.. seeing that scale go down just made my day!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
