Did poorly on challenge. I don't eat several small meals. I have a diet that works for me and has been succcessful thus far. My best challenge is against myself. I've come so far. I've lost nearly 40 lbs.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
