Whoops, too much eating last week. At least I'm eating better this week and I feel a bit puffy so I think some of it may be water weight. I am hoping to be a kilo down next week.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
