Finally broke the 193 barrier. Since the 14th been stuck, actually making muscles especially in stomach. Can do calisthenics while driving forcing belly into car seat feel the crunch on stomach and buttocks. Kimche and sea weed. Soy flour instead of corn starch.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
