No budging feeling helpless. Hate to confess this but Im out of control. I was so set and doing the right stuff now Im ??? why? Sorry Im mad at my self I know better and must find a foot hold back on plan. Im still seeking and tweeking, maby reviewing my starting and what I was doing then that worked. On my search. I must/need to get out of the 280's.
281.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
