Not counted calories for a few weeks.1lb up not so bad i spose..could be worse :)

Yeah could have been a lot worse :) soon be back off. Less than 60 days to Christmas is helping keep me motivated

I think it's that time of year. It's getting colder so we are seeking comfort in food more. I have to really get mmy butt into geagr this week and calorie count. But 1lb is good

I just need to focus.thru the summer ihad my holiday to focus on...always harder come winter...esp with mince pies everywhere haha
