It has been a week since I last weighed and I have lost 1.1 lbs.
Every morning before brushing I drink cumin seeds water with honey and lemon. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now have seen improvement in weight loss, but not sure if it is because of drinking this or my regularity at gym (Maybe both). Still no harm in drinking it as it clears out your stomach. Going to try coconut oil from tomorrow and lets see if it can help little bit.
