Carried two 16 oz bottles on my walk yesterday 2 lbs amazing 2 weeks ago I was carrying that in fat mostly my stomach. And less than 2months ago I was carrying 22 extra pounds. Focusing on yoga. My knees and joints hurt. Could be the cold and different crocs maybe buy new crocs to get that extra heal support. I really can only wear crocs or my knees hurt within hours. Finn is 29# 15 weeks. Love the pup so much.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
