As a health educator, I know what I need to be doing to maintain a healthy weight. So today I start. I am going to limit portions, get my 30+ minutes of physical activity a day, eat more fruits and veggies, limit fast food and eating out, limit my snacking on crap, limit alcohol consumption, and quit drinking soda.
In every diet attempt I have made so far, I have failed miserably. I find myself failing my resolve to keep on my diet as well as the motivation to continue on the diet. I am hoping that this site and its members can help to provide me the accountability and motivation I need.
