Banting seriously from today, around 1400 calories with 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbohydrates is the daily goal for a week.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
