Ive been on track with my eating habits, and since im not working out at all, i think 1 pound a week it pretty darn good. i dont eat no more than 1,500 calories a day, despite what my food journal says(because the calories on some foods are inaccurate sometimes), so ive been doing okay, i assume.. i dont want to weight myself until the beginning of next month, so this is just a estimated guess of my weight. :)
