Day 121. Not much to report but just in a groove. The exercise has been lacking again this week. The lifestyle change in my eating habits is becoming routine. Actually I am quite surprised at a 3 pound loss this week. Remember! Keep your eye on the prize! Maintain your mindset and don't get discouraged! Have a great week everyone.

240.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
